Portugal Lagos - Day 10 - Day in the Monchique mountains

On day 10 of our Portugal trip in 2011, we took a jeep safari up into the Monchique mountains.

Angry Birds and Severe congestion on my way to work

Amazingly, this morning I was forced to take a detour whilst on my regular canal route to work.

The normally free flowing canal path had been invaded and blocked by a family of angry swans and their signets.  Signs of "Angry Birds" maybe...

I decided to take a quick snap, as evidence, should any road rage incidents occur.

You just never know....

Chester Town Hall

If your ever passing through the beautiful old Roman city of Chester, its worth a sight seeing walk around the walls of the city !

It also has a very nice town hall.

Beautiful.

Hong Kong Harbour Lazer Show

In April this year, I was lucky enough to be over in Hong Kong.

Each day, at 8pm, there's the famous lazer show display that can be viewed across Hong Kong Harbour. It's fantastic display, and definitely worth looking out for if you're over there.

Hong Kong Stanley Market rainy scene

All this rain that's currently falling in the UK remains me of something I saw whilst in Hong Kong in April this year.

We were walking through the Stanley region in Hong Kong, looking for a place to eat.
It was raining. To my amusement, a father and daughter rode past on their bike, in the rain...
